Lauren F. Jones is an Atlanta-based actress, singer, and writer, best known for portraying the Samaritan woman. She’s excited to reunite with Towonda Kilpatrick, having previously collaborated on Cheezecake Boiz and The Diva.
Lauren made her directorial debut at the University of Georgia with Lil Red Ridin’ Thru Da Hood, a touring production promoting healthy nutrition in partnership with Atlanta’s Academy Theatre. She was recently seen in Confederates by Dominique Morisseau, and her screen credits include ABC’s Nashville, Summer Breeze, and 6888 by Mary McCallum.
Her stage work includes A Raisin in the Sun, Schoolhouse Rock, and The Colored Museum. Favorite roles include Desi in Passing Strange, Eve in Children of Eden, and Felicia in Memphis with Street Theatre.
A passionate advocate for community impact, Lauren leads improv workshops, mentors youth, and creates original content through her platform, Amplifier Genius.
