Dr. Joyce Irons is the founder and CEO of the Clarity Psychological Group, a mental health clinic here in Atlanta, Georgia. She has over 30 years of clinical experience as a licensed professional therapist, using a holistic approach to treat anxiety, depression, and PTSD. In a collaborative mental health approach, Dr. Irons employs techniques like CBT and mindfulness to help her clients reach their goals, while also working to destigmatize mental healthcare in Black communities.

Dr. Irons attended Tuskegee University, Long Island University, Clark Atlanta University, and Howard University. She is a member of the AKA Sorority.

Dr. Irons is a devoted Bible scholar focusing on the courage and leadership of women in the Bible.

At 82 years old, Dr. Irons stays passionate about her work in mental health. With her infectious smile, she continues to serve clients across Metropolitan Atlanta.
