Early in his career, managing recording artists in the Rap and R&B industry, Will recognized that while the industry excelled at creating memorable fan experiences, it often lacked integrity, transparency, and strong execution behind the scenes. Determined to raise the standard, he transitioned into event management, focusing on operational excellence.

In 2005, he managed the Phase II Singles Talk Show at The Potter’s House Church, proving that a structured execution plan is the foundation of lasting success. What began as a one-person startup has grown into a multidimensional company built on trust, relationships, and long-term client prosperity.
